TEAM BUILDING

The Kosutnjak Archery club organizes team building for you and your company. To participate in team building you do not need prior experience in shooting a bow and arrow. A team of experienced instructors will guide you on how to master the basics of archery in a fun and safe way.

Team building program:

• Presentation: Introduction to the bow and arrow, terrain, rules and security (because the bow and arrow are weapons)
• Training: Introduction to archery with the right attitude, the right way of handling the bow and arrow, and the point system
• Shooting: free to shoot at the target
• Mini tournament: Competition, cocktails and awards

Past experiences of the team building events showed that the optimal number of people per group is around 10 to 30 participants, because it is through good communication and basic knowledge that helps them overcome problems without problems. Additional stimulus appears and competitive spirit, and a positive atmosphere is created within the group, which is crowned with awards and trophies at the end of the tournament.
